The University of St Andrews Charities Campaign exists to bring students together to make a meaningful difference. As one of the University's largest student-led fundraising organisations, we raise money and awareness for three student-nominated charities each year: one local, one national, and one international. Through our work, we aim not only to support incredible causes, but also to inspire a culture of giving, community, and social impact across St Andrews.

Our initiatives take many forms. Throughout the year, our five subcommittees organise a diverse programme of events, challenges, and campaigns that engage hundreds of students. From festive favourites such as wreath making and pumpkin carving to large-scale projects like CATWALK, Race2, Challengers, and RAG Week, our events are designed to be both memorable and meaningful. Alongside fundraising, we provide opportunities for students to develop new skills, challenge themselves, meet like-minded people, and contribute to causes they care about.

We also support students and societies who wish to run their own fundraising initiatives, providing guidance, resources, and promotion to help maximise their impact. By combining student creativity, ambition, and generosity, we strive to create lasting change for our partner charities while fostering a strong sense of community within the University.
