Our Partner Charities

Families First

Families First is a North East Fife charity dedicated to supporting children, young people, and families who may be facing challenges such as social isolation, additional support needs, or difficult circumstances at home. Through services including one-to-one befriending, family support, mentoring, and group activities, the charity helps young people build confidence, develop positive relationships, and improve their overall wellbeing. By working closely with families and local communities, Families First provides practical support and opportunities that enable children and young people to thrive and reach their full potential.

Change Mental Health

Change Mental Health is a national Scottish charity that supports people affected by mental illness, as well as their families, carers, and communities. For more than 50 years, the organisation has provided person-centred, non-clinical support designed to help people improve their wellbeing, build resilience, and navigate the challenges that can come with mental health conditions. Through community-based services, advice and support programmes, advocacy, and awareness initiatives, Change Mental Health works to ensure that no one has to face mental illness alone. Alongside its direct support services, the charity campaigns to reduce stigma and improve understanding of mental health across Scotland, helping to create lasting change for future generations.
